Remove the Mental Noise

Remove the mental noise.
……………………………….
I know you.
You don’t like noise.
You like getting things right in an ordely manner.
This is why, before you go into something, you step back and start calculating.
You weigh the pros and cons.
You check for cracks…
And pending errors.
You want the results served in clean plate.
Perhaps to get resounding applause
Or to pacify your ego.
Well..
Maybe, you did that…
More than once…
You calculated, racked your brain and shot…
And….
You got it right the first time!
If you did, then you probably among the rare 0.2% of the world….
Or you have got smooth guidance from folks ahead.
Even at that…
Many…
I mean 99.8% of success achievers rarely get it cool the first time.
No! I am not saying your belief of getting things right the first time is wrong.
Not that. I respect your beliefs.
I am trying to bring to your notice what I discovered recently.
I call it…
The MENTAL DEMON.
Now, there is something odd about this demon.
It is a HARD WORKER.
It surprisingly helps build your brain power…
That’s why it is, almost always, perceived as a MENTAL ANGEL (but it’s not)
It tells you why you need to READ MORE BOOKS before you start that business.
Attend more seminars.
Listen to more tapes.
Meet more people.
Hear more success stories.
Get more information.
But there is something it rarely tells you.
It NEVER tells you to take action right away with the information you’ve got.
It never tells you that ACTION will bring the results.
It never tells you that the information you’ve got is enough.
Question:
Do you think the best footballer is Ronaldo or Messi?
Come off it.
The best footballer is that guy who has read so many books on moves, dribbling, attended many trainings, watched videos, studied the nitty-gritty of football….
But, NEVER took corresponding actions.
He has got all the brain-power, but no RESULTS.
No wonder nobody knows him.
People respect action-takers.
You see, Thomas Edison never got the formula to  light-bulb after hundreds and thousands of failures by JUST analysing and spending more time reading books, or tapes on how to do it.
Instead, what I suspected he did is this…
After the blow from the failure, he went to his drawing table, listed what went wrong…
Tried a different formula and voila!
We got the sparkling light.
Information is not bad, you know.
In fact, it is a good guide.
But…
Don’t.
For the sake of creating emphasis, I will say it again.
Don’t Swim In The River Of Information Without Frequenting The Road Of Actions.
You see pal,
You’re the cause of whatever result you’re getting.
You’re the reason you haven’t got your next big hit.
You’re the reason for your current results.
You probably have been engrossed in the wiles of that MENTAL DEMON who tells you to work hard on loading your head with information.
Heck! Enough.
Enough is enough.
You’ve got the information you need to get started.
Get started already.
Do it more.
Get to work.
Remember being a kid?
You tried taking a few steps with your legs then. You fell, stumbled and perhaps were even laughed at.
Did you stay there analysing and studying why other kids like you could walk?
No pal! You got up again.
And you kept at it…
And…
Within a short while, your legs became strong.
Here is the bottom line of today’s message:
Take actions more than racking your brain.
Actions lead to productivity.
Over-analysis leads to paralysis.
Get to work!
Trust this stirs you.
